The Purpose

The purpose of the design revolves around two groups of people: Akoya Residents and  Potential Akoya Residents
For Potential Akoya, Residents, the purpose is generally to provide a holistic overview of the condominium. For existing customers it’s a way to view a lot of static and dynamic information related to internal matter.

The Goal

 Absolute Web Services came in and designed a customized real estate website on WordPress. We created a fully responsive website that integrated design with functionality.

We made sure to show off the images of the beautiful property  and instead of having a standard image gallery,  the pictures were utilized as widescreen responsive full background images . The trend of having large photogenic background has become very popular. It’s a fantastic way of creating attention while  simultaneously spreading brand awareness. As you scroll through the pages you will get a Miami-esque feel that represents Akoya.

The website also has integrated social media accounts, weather forecast for live time, and a built in  portal for residents to login. They can pay their bills, receive documents, and contact property managers whenver they need to 24/7.
