Job Overview

We are a dynamic, growth-oriented company seeking an energetic and creative individual to join our team in Miami as a Photographer and Content Creator. This position requires an individual who is eager to make their mark, leave ego at the door, and always stay proactive.

Miami Office Only

This is a full time position working from our Miami office with hybrid flexibility.

Required Experience

• Demonstrable experience in photography and content creation
• Proficient with traditional and modern equipment, software, and techniques
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work (please include with application)
• Excellent technical skills, including lighting and digital editing
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
• High energy, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and open-minded

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capture and edit photo & video content for social and web platforms
• Produce photography in various methods (web, social, rarely print)
• Perform retouching and image adjustments after shoots
• Create videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok Videos, YouTube)
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new and exciting content
• Maintain an organized digital portfolio of all work for potential client review

Requirements

• Must be local to the Miami area or willing to relocate (no remote work options at this time)
• Must have the ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
