Job Overview
You will work in our Miami Aventura Office supporting the Executive Team, Marketing / Creative Team, and Development Teams. You are an integral part of a smooth agency operation. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who is interested in working amidst and studying various eCommerce, marketing, event planning, and creative careers. Along with administrative and reception duties, you will have the opportunity to learn, work, and perform alongside our eCommerce, marketing, and creative experts.

Required Experience
- Experience working as a team coordinator, executive assistant, receptionist, or similar
- Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
- Proficient in Google mail, docs, and calendar
- Tech-savvy is a must (including social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest)
- Fluent English speaker
- English Writing skills required. Creative writing skills are a HUGE plus!
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-starter and self-management (AKA you take initiative and are always seeking ways to be proactive and efficient)
- Problem-solving skills. You do your own research before asking questions that could be self-started/answered.
- You’re smart, motivated, creative, and ready to work!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and delivery in a positive, prompt, and professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain the company calendar and schedule appointments as needed
- Actively participate in marketing / creative meetings and contribute ideas, insights, and add value to the conversation
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and ready for clients to walk in at any time
- Prepare conference room for meetings
- Turn on music, water plants, and ensure the ambiance is set in the office every morning
- Receive incoming packages and distribute them to the proper team member
- Pick up and sort mail from the mailroom
- Maintain kitchen area, coffee maker, and refrigerator; Be sure this area is neat and stocked
- Maintain supply closet and order office/kitchen supplies as needed
- Run errands to local businesses for the team and clients
- Report maintenance requests to building maintenance
- Post social media content for internal and client accounts
- Assist the creative team before and on-set at photoshoots
- Assist with special projects, requests, and other various activities!
